Voluntary: You agree that you are voluntarily entering this Mastermind and Agreement, and you understand the financial commitment you are making today. 

You will fully participate as directed in the Mastermind, with full recognition that taking action on principles you learn, completing all assignments, and results of such are a direct correlation to your effort and participation and not the responsibility of Mastermind.com . 

To the best of your knowledge, there are no circumstances that would inhibit or prevent you from participating in the Mastermind dates, and your spouse, or any other partner(s), supports you in entering into the Mastermind. 

You agree that you alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in this Mastermind, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. 

Billing: You acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping all credit/debit card details and contact information current. To update your billing information, please email the concierge team at admin@mastermind.com

Refunds: If you attend the first day of your first in person mastermind and you don’t feel you got your value worth, let us know and we will offer a full refund.

Payment Plans: If a payment plan was chosen - You acknowledge that you are aware that all recurring payments are automatically invoiced and charged to the credit/debit card on file. Payment receipts are available upon request to admin@mastermind.com

Payments will be processed every 30 days after your initial payment or on the agreed upon dates if on a quarterly plan. Declined payments will be automatically reattempted 3 times following the initial decline, and may also be attempted manually any time by our team in an attempt to bring your account up-to-date. No payments will be processed prior to their scheduled due date without your expressed permission. 

Currency: Payments are in USD (United States Dollars). Differences and fluctuations in international currency exchange rates are the responsibility of the client. This applies to all payment plans as well as refunds. 

Yes I Agree To Section 2: I Understand The Disclaimers And Waivers 

Value: You understand and agree that the value you will derive from the Mastermind will be in proportion to the level of effort you put forth; your level of comprehension; your background, skill, and level of desire and willingness to take action on the information provided; and external factors like world events, market conditions, employment, relationships, and other unknowns. Due to these unknowns and the variability across these factors, there is no way of knowing how well you will do or the results you may achieve.

Consequently, Provider has not, cannot, and will not make any guarantee of success, growth, income, or savings whether explicit or implied. Any past customer experiences or testimonials you may have heard are only examples of what could be obtained but are not promises of actual results. You understand that there are risks associated with your decision and past results do not represent an indication of future success, growth or earnings. 

Guarantee: You agree that we have not, can not, and will not, make any claims or guarantees of financial, medical, health, or specific results based on this Mastermind. You understand that we offer no professional personal, medical, psychological, legal, therapeutic, accounting, investment, or financial advice in this Mastermind, and none of the information contained in the Mastermind should be confused as such advice. You understand that this Mastermind and all the products and services by Provider or its representatives are for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only. 

Responsible: You agree that we are not responsible for the success or failure of your actions, relationships, or business decisions relating to any information presented by our Company or trainers, and by your registering for this Mastermind you specifically release the Provider and any of its representatives or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through this Mastermind and its materials and websites, or any services provided prior to or following this program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not 

limited to negligence, will Provider be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from your participation in this Mastermind. 

You understand and agree to defend, indemnify and hold Provider and its officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents instructors, coaches, and affiliated companies harmless from and against all damages, liabilities, costs, losses, expenses, claims, and/or judgments, including legal costs and reasonable attorney fees which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from your breach of any representation, warranties, obligations, or duties under this Agreement, or from claims or injury to Provider from the sales or purchase of any products or services. 

Warranties: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS, AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE WARRANTY OF SERVICE, IF ANY, ARE DISCLAIMED. In no event will you have the right to recover any indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages or lost profits in any action against Provider, it being agreed that your remedies shall be limited to an action for direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid by you to us. 

Subject to Change: Dates, times, locations and structure of events are subject to change, including without limitation if any events are being offered live in person or via remote digital format. 

Private Event: Mind Mint LLC reserves the right to send a participant home (or remove any participant from any virtual event environment) for any reason it deems appropriate. E. Assignment: This Agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without express written approval of Mind Mint LLC.

Yes I Agree To Section 3: I Will Keep Content Confidential 

Confidential: You understand that by participating in our Mastermind, you will be exposed to Our content, curriculum, coaching process, private membership areas, and live events, all of which is our proprietary content and protected intellectual property. You understand that any and all of the ideas, content, and processes in this Mastermind are Provider's private and protected intellectual property, and that it must not be shared, sold, summarized, duplicated, distributed, trained from, or utilized to create derivative works without written permission. You will use this Mastermind and any of our content for educational and/or personal use ONLY, and you will not attempt to transfer or resell the content to any other person or entity. 

No Disclosure: During the term of the Program, and at all times thereafter, Client shall maintain the strictest confidence of Mastermind’s trade secrets and Confidential Information. Client shall never disclose, copy, share, disseminate, transfer, convey, sell, or discuss, directly or indirectly, to any person or entity other than the Parties to this Agreement, Mastermind’s copyright information, trade secrets or other Confidential Information, except by express prior written consent of a duly authorized officer or director of Mastermind. Client will not make copies, videotape, record, photograph, or transfer in anyway, in whole or in part, any Confidential Information or marked original copies of Confidential Information, copyright information, or trade secrets of Mastermind. Further, Client shall use Client’s best efforts and shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent the disclosure of Mastermind’s copyright information, trade secrets or other Confidential Information. A breach of this provision includes but is not limited to each disclosure, dissemination, transfer, conveyance, selling, or discussion of any singular piece of Confidential, trade secret, copyright, and/or proprietary information.

Experience: You agree that if you provide us with success stories, testimonials or other opinions about your experiences in this Mastermind that you will be truthful and complete in your statements and representations of successes you provide, and that we may use your stories or submissions for promotional purposes at our discretion, in whole or in part, across any medium worldwide, without notification, review, approval, or compensation to you. This authorization includes the right for Provider to use your name, voice, image, film, video, audio recordings or statements, or any derivative work, in all media. 

Recording Disclaimer: You understand that any communications with Provider may be monitored or recorded for your personal development and our internal review and employee development. 

Yes, I Agree to Section 4: I Can Cancel Enrollment 

Cancellation: In addition to any right including the satisfaction guarantee to otherwise revoke an offer, you, the purchaser, may cancel this transaction up to midnight of the seventh (7th) day after registration has been completed. Once this 7-day period has passed, all sales are final. To cancel this agreement, please email the concierge team at admin@mastermind.com and speak with a representative. The notice must state that you are canceling the agreement, or words of similar effect. The cancellation policy following the right to rescission period is as follows:

The cancellation policy for The Legacy Mastermind package is based on fulfillment and how much of the program you have completed. The investment for the Legacy Mastermind package is broken down as follows: 10% of the overall investment is attributed to administration costs, logistics, etc., and is non-refundable upon completing your registration; 15% is attributed towards the monthly live training; 75% is attributed towards the (3) two-day Masterminds and each hold a 25% value of the overall investment . In the event you wish to cancel, a written request must be submitted to admin@mastermind.com and must be provided more than 10 calendar days prior to the start date of the next event in order to receive credit for that event in their potential refund amount.  

Default: If you do not pay your tuition by the agreed-upon payment terms, then you will be considered in default of this Agreement. You will forfeit your enrollment if not corrected. Please note our team will reach out if this happens to make sure you don’t lose access! Mind Mint LLC will have the right, to terminate this contract, and upon such termination you will be subject to the Damages Fee (No-Show Fee) set forth below

Termination: You may terminate your enrollment in the Legacy Mastermind by contacting Mind Mint LLC in writing. If you terminate your enrollment after having attended or participated in any Live(s) and/or Masterminds, your tuition refund will be reduced for the individual Live(s) and/or Mastermind(s) of Legacy Mastermind in which you have attended or participated as follows: If you Paid in Full at time of enrollment or within 30 business days of enrollment or on the Payment Plan: 

No-Show Fee: If you do not attend any of your confirmed Masterminds and/or Live trainings of The Legacy Mastermind (whether virtual or live, in-person event) without express written consent from Mind Mint LLC, you will forfeit tuition minimums for that session(s) enrolled, and that session will have been considered held. However, you will always have access to the replay in your private membership area

Claim/Dispute: In the event of a claim or dispute, you will first speak with us in good faith. You must send a written description of your claim by email or certified mail to our corporate office (see concierge service section below for contact details). If a resolution cannot be achieved, you may bring an action in court, to be decided by a duly appointed judge, but neither you nor we will have the right to bring any claims before a jury or have a jury trial. Claims and remedies sought as part of a class action, private attorney general or other representative action are hereby voluntarily waived and barred by your participation in the Program, and both parties agree that relief may only be granted on an individual (non-class, non-representative) basis. This agreement shall be governed by and solely construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. The parties agree that any suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or relating in any manner whatsoever to, this agreement shall be brought in Scottsdale, Arizona, or if in federal court, in Phoenix, Arizona. Each party waives any objection, and irrevocably accepts and submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the aforementioned courts. The parties agree to pay their own fees, costs and expenses including those for counsel, experts, discovery, and witnesses. 

Yes, I Agree to Section 5: I Will Contact You with Any Issues 

Unenforceable: If any portion of this section or Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not invalidate the remaining portions of this section, or the Agreement, each of which shall be enforceable to the fullest extent possible, regardless of such invalidity.

All of our concierge service representatives are in the United States and speak English, and we strive to return all communications within 1-3 business days. 

Transfer of Live Masterminds: In this agreement you are committing to 12 months of Masterly Live trainings (hosted monthly via zoom), 2 in person Masterminds and 1 virtual Mastermind - dates are set as consecutive so no transfers are possible however if you attend 100% of each of the events or not, you will be provided a full comprehensive replay to watch any parts needed.
